About Silmar Painting
Connecticut's Trusted Painting Professionals
Founded in 2019 and backed by over 20 years of hands-on experience, Silmar Painting delivers exceptional results on every project — big or small.
Our story
Built on Experience, Driven by Craft
Silmar Painting was founded in 2019 with a simple goal: bring big-company quality and small-company care to homeowners across Connecticut. Before launching Silmar, our founder spent over 20 years mastering every aspect of residential painting — from fine interior finish work to demanding exterior projects that have to withstand New England winters.
That two-decade foundation means we don't guess. We know which primers bond to tricky surfaces, which paints hold up in high-humidity bathrooms, and how to prep a weathered exterior so the finish lasts for years. Every job we take on gets that same depth of knowledge, whether it's a single accent wall or a full home transformation.
Since 2019, we've built a reputation across Connecticut for showing up on time, communicating clearly, and leaving every home cleaner than we found it. Our clients come back — and they send their neighbors.
Our values
What We Stand For
Quality First
We never cut corners. Every surface is properly prepped, every coat is applied with care, and every job is inspected before we call it done.
Honest Communication
You'll always know what we're doing, why we're doing it, and what it costs. No surprises on the invoice, no excuses on the timeline.
Respect for Your Home
We protect your furniture, floors, and landscaping as if they were our own. We clean up completely every day and leave your home better than we found it.
Long-Term Relationships
We're not here for a one-time job. We want to be your painting contractor for life — the first call you make when it's time to refresh your home.
